What to Expect
We fish the Hackberry area, but I'm happy to pick you up from anywhere in Lake Charles including pulling right up to one of our casinos!
We'll spend the day fishing for redfish, trout and other local species, then I'll drop you off back at your location.
Bring snacks, drinks, sunscreen and a good hat. I'll provide bait, tackle and all the equipment.
I'll even clean your fish when we're done!
About the Area
We fish & hunt the entire Lake Charles basin, including Calcasieu Lake, Big Lake, The Ship Channel, West Cove, Intracoastal Canal, Prien Lake, Black Lake, Moss Lake, The Cameron Jetties, and the Gulf of Mexico.
Our lakes feature vast open waters surrounded by grassy marsh terrain, making the perfect place to target different species of fish.
These lakes are fed by the Calcasieu River, and its tributaries, and meet the Gulf of Mexico waters, creating a saltwater fisherman's dream experience.
Pinky the Dolphin
The waters around Lake Charles have one very unique guest… the likes of which you’ve probably never seen before.
Meet Pinky the Dolphin.
“Pinky” is an incredibly rare female pink dolphin, often described as an albino. She was first spotted in 2007 and continues to make her home in these waters.
We often see Pinky on trips, so make sure to have your phone handy for a picture should she happen to swim nearby!

Meet Captain Drew
Captain Drew is a native of Southwest Louisiana and has been fishing the marsh since he was a kid. He loves taking clients to troll along the shores casting for redfish, giving you all the coaching you need or leaving you alone to fish your way.
Trips include bait and tackle, plus fish cleaning back at the dock.
Capt. Drew launches from several locations. Pickup is available upon request.
